1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries made by Printletix.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All designs, illustrations, photography, and text on this website (the "Content") are the exclusive property of Printletix. This Content is protected by international copyright laws and Dutch intellectual property regulations.

License and Usage:

  • Physical Products: Purchase of a physical poster grants you a license to display the product for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, scan, or redistribute the design in any form.

  • Digital Assets: Any digital assets or posters previously or currently sold by Printletix are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright. Unauthorized commercial use, including but not limited to reselling the file or using the artwork to manufacture physical goods for sale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, eBay), is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

3. Products and Pricing

All posters are printed to order. We strive for color accuracy, but minor variations may occur due to monitor settings. Prices are in EUR and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. Delivery is typically completed within 4–6 business days. Our full Shipping Policy is incorporated here by reference and can be found on Shipping page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch Law, consumers have a 14-day reflection period. However, as our posters are made-to-order (customized), the right of withdrawal is limited. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in your district of residence.
