Mounting and packaging
We make sure your frames arrive in perfect condition, ready to showcase your artwork.Frame Assembly: Each frame includes an inner white sheet indicating the frame size.
Mounting Kit: Our frames are equipped with a hanger mechanism for easy wall mounting. Larger frames have three sawtooth mechanisms, while smaller sizes come with a mounting kit and an easel/stand.
Packaging: We use shrink wrap and cardboard corner protectors to ensure safe shipping. The shrink wrap and protective film on the plexiglass are clear. Our packaging boxes are 100% recycled and recyclable.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. After 30 days, we’re unable to process returns or refunds. Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size, color, or preference reasons.
